Our wax melts are far from those sitting on display collecting dust. We are active in the community and in and out of events. We are always looking for ways to look differently from others with similar items, so from time to time, we make changes.
We reduced the price of this wax melt and many others to compensate for a label change, damage to the packaging, or packaging that doesn't meet our quality standards, overall appearance, or portion weight. Because this is a clearance/reduced-price item, it is non-refundable.
Our candle products on clearance are often not from the same wax batch. The wax melt you receive will differ in color and overall appearance.
The photo representing the available wax melt only determines the variety's title and/or scent. The color may vary from pack to pack.
Rest assured, the fragrance quality is not compromised.
We strive to ensure uniformity in the collective title and candle hue, but the result may differ from our expectations.
- Warning -
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Heat tarts in a well-ventilated room.
- Do not add water.
- Avoid practicing with other warming methods; only use a tealight warmer or UL-listed electric warmer approved for wax melts.
- Heat the melt with a long-reach lighter or match when lighting the candle.
- Keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame.
- Once the dish is low in wax, discontinue use or refill.
- Suggested Instruction -
- Remove wax melts from the packaging.
- Use an approved tealight or UL-listed electric warmer for wax melts.
- Don't leave the warmer unattended, mainly if using a tealight to melt the tart.
- Add as many cubes as you desire, one by one, to avoid spillage.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 / 14(UK) days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You will pay for shipping to return the item(s), otherwise.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
