While we have changed our packaging to help prevent melting in hot conditions, we cannot control how long a package is in a mail truck during transit or in the mailbox after delivery.

It is essential to track your package so you can anticipate its arrival and take measures to prevent temperature-related quality issues.

Remember that some aromas are naturally light and subtle when choosing scented wax tarts.

Managing expectations is essential to us, as some customers expect an overly aromatic fragrance from a naturally softened and airy scent.

We craft our melt fragrances to mimic the smell of flowers, elements, spices, fruit, wood, and foods. We strive to keep our scents as close as possible to what we are duplicating.

What does the scent you selected smell like in real time? Is it naturally faint, understated, or soft? If yes, the wax melt will have the same characteristics. Is the chosen scent naturally strong, aromatic, or pungent? Again, the tart will have the same smell. Scents are often subjective. What is strong, faint, or mild to one may be the opposite of the next person, so we recommend starting with a one-half cube and working up to a cube or two or more, depending on your scent goal.

Keep that in mind when making your selection(s). It will help to avoid receiving an over or underwhelming fragranced wax melt.

• Our wax melts are self-packaged for easy access; however, the cubes are small enough to be a choking hazard for children and pets.
• We pack our melts in a plastic bag to prevent spillage in case of melting; during the summer, the bag is small but should also be kept away from children and pets.
• Our fragrances burn cleanly and are phthalate-free, complying with the standards of the International Fragrance Association.
• Our exclusive soy wax blend provides an extended period of exceptional scent when heated or cooled.
• We recommend beginning with a half cube to avoid being overwhelmed with scent. Experiment to find the perfect balance.
• Avoid practicing with other warming methods; only use a tea-light warmer or UL-listed electric warmer approved for wax melts.
• Our wax melts are the perfect gift for any occasion. We offer gift wrapping and messaging to save you time second-guessing what to get your loved one.
• Heat the melt with a long-reach lighter or match when lighting the candle. Keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame.
• Once the dish is low in wax, discontinue use.

- SUGGESTED INSTRUCTIONS -

• Remove wax melts from the package. 
• Use a tea light or UL-listed electric warmer that is approved for wax melts. 
• Don't leave the wax warmer unattended while in use. 
• Add as many cubes as you desire, one by one, to avoid spillage. 
• Allow the wax to melt completely, releasing its full fragrance. 
• When you've finished warming the wax, please turn off the warmer and let it solidify before removing it.
• We use quality wax and fragrance. Consider using half of a cube until you reach your preferred aroma.
